CL Maintenance Services, LLC is a locally owned and operated maintenance company based out of Clayton, NC. In July of 2016 we became NC HUB certified (Minority Owned) by the Office for Historically Underutilized Businesses. Since 2016 we have provided high quality and reliable service to each and every one of our clients. We take pride in providing the best quality service at reasonable rates. We work closely with our customers to prepare customized cleaning plans for any building type; what sets us apart from others in the industry is our commitment to our customers as well as our quality of service.
POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
We provide post construction cleaning to prepare your facility for use after remodeling or new construction.
COMMERCIAL CLEANING
We are not your typical commercial cleaning company. Most cleaning companies, focus only on cleaning and not on the long term effects of using harsh chemicals.
MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING
Our Move-in/Move-out cleanings cover everything in your home or apartment. This type of cleaning really gets deep into places typically not covered in regular maintenance cleanings.
